Yesterday, went for choir practice in the morning. Monfort guys came, the tenor and basses became stronger in terms of volume, the practice was great i hope. Charmz concert is just next friday, 230-10. Actually, ms chen did not allow us to go to ndp. I was like "darn. all the tidbits i just bought would be wasted." In the end ms fong finally allowed us :), but i can see her mood is very bad, maybe because of us wanting to go to ndp and cannot attend the last 30mins of choir practice. Well, thanks to one good samaritan who told her.
But nevermind, we could still go in the end. Went to the holding area and waited for a long time at the national stadium. Had lunch, not nice at all other than the icecream :D. Got our teeshirt, yellow,again? as yellowish as the adventure camp ones. Behind the teeshirt, was printed, "have you picked your own trash up yet?"Slowly, group by group went out for shift duties. When it was my turn, i had to pick FOR them, when i asked them to pick their own trash, all those singaporeans could say was, "this rubbish is not mine.." not yours also cannot pick it up? Then, why the hell we're there for if we got the mindset that this rubbish is not mine, all those rubbish out there are not ours. Hmmm, but it was fun though, heehe. The second time we went for duty, i grabbed 2 members from my group to follow me. I hold the plastic bag, and we picked together, but we have to say "thank you. Support and keep the environment free from rubbish!" People laughed. It was dumb, but people are interested to look at us, than the parade. HOWEVER, i was framed!! A few aunties gave me their filled gabage bag thinking that im really a trash collector, i asked them is they would still need to throw anymore rubbish later. They said they still got more plastic bags, so i took and throw it for THEM. Then is was hannah's duty. Those AUNTIES told her they cannot throw their rubbish in the plastic because I TOOK IT. its like, THEY TOLD ME THEY GOT MORE PLASTICS. Singaporeans!! After that, i've got no more duties, i took free stuffs from the motivators, didnt know i was not supposed to =X. I took balloons, then many others want, so i went back to take again. haha.Syafiq and Kintoh asked if i want to watch the parade, (of cse i want!!) so we pretend we're doing duty, sat at the last row, just on time to watch fireworks! wooolah, so beautiful :D. took pictures, promised shikin we would bring her along next time, but after the mass scolding. i don't think we could run about to play anymore. Student leaders from sector 1 all got scolding(did not lead by example-_-), darn, August 8, cannot watch the parade and play anymore!! Quite contented, took a picture with Paul Twohill. Im not really crazy over them but just, contented? lols. We all got scolding partially for chasing after the idols. Tell me, who wont be excited when they see famous people? I was eating, so i didnt chase after. Hannah and syidah created false alarmed, people thought its true. Haha!! After the whole parade, its WE, the "ECO-AMBASSADOR" time for action. Do what? PICK RUBBISH. We do not have gloves, tongs or anything. BARE HANDS. But i was glad, everyone working together. Also had some fun throwing and shooting bottles into the trash bags, stepping and busting the long balloon thing. So nice :)
After everything, we took the bus heading to jurong point. The bus was quiet except the few of us. We got scolded for being noisy, but they still laugh and joke alot despite that, lols, sorry to those people, i know they hate us alot, dont't show me black face when i'm trying to smile to you. SMILE, i mean SMILE, the chinese speaking lot.
Daphne and i walk hannah to her Floravale and then went home, thanks to her for accompany me. hehe
I was too tired that the moment i lie down on the bed, i fall asleep peacefully. :D
The computer in my room can finally be excessed to internet, thanks to dad. Are fathers really important in a family to handle mechanic affairs?
